The proposed facade clad in Portland Stone has a “rectilinear” definition with no softened edges around the windows to reflect the adjoining buildings and particularly the Listed Building at 3 Cavendish Place.
At the proposed Seventh Floor the scheme is crowned with a new zinc lead lightweight structure, which reflects a modern interpretation of the traditional mansard roofscape, which is prominent along the streetscene.
