Located on a key site on Holywood Main Street, The Priory involved both the development of a vacant corner plot and renovation of a historic Townhouse. A distinguishable design feature of The Priory is the curved glass balustrades which are a homage to the existing townhouse curved corner. The contemporary design is achieved by using a minimal material palette, primarily render, which is set of the ground with a dark brick plinth providing the building with the impression of floating above the varying topography.
