The proposal is to replace the existing buildings with a new build serviced office block, which will provide the Client with a base to grow their successful company.
This scheme successfully uses 'art deco' themes to compose a contemporary elevation design that responds well with the surrounding local vernacular. The fragmenting of the linear nature of the building by accentuating the mass of the central feature/bookends with architectural styling and contrasting material palettes drove the design ethos.
