Located on one of the world's most famous retail streets; London's Oxford Street this new build, retail scheme houses the New Balance flagship UK Store.

A contemporary façade is articulated with bronze projecting bay windows and unique Italian faience tiles. The motif of which is inspired by the geometric design for the pedestrian route across Oxford Circus nearby.
