The scheme involved the demolition of two buildings and the construction of one unified scheme with two prestigious addresses. The development provides 50,000 sq.ft of accommodation for Aviva Investors. Following the handover of the retail unit on the Oxford Street side, the First to Seventh floor office accommodation at Hanover Square is now fully let to tenants.

The architectural design of the Hanover Square elevation, a new eight-story office building, takes its reference from the Georgian properties surrounding the Square in its proportions and choice of materials. These include a dark brick façade with Portland stone surrounds and bronze faced public artwork guarding.
