The scheme, located beside a railway and an elevated foot and cycle route, provides apartments on two sides of a raised communal amenity space, a mix of inset and projecting balconies and ground level car parking.

The material palette has been selected to respect the prevailing preference for brick buildings, whilst offering a more subtle tone which blends with the neighbouring concrete buildings and extensive landscape. A darker brick is selected for the perimeter and a lighter one for the courtyard.
